Perplext, LLC operates an SMS notification program called Perplext Operational Alerts. This section explains what mobile information we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

Information we collect. When you opt in at https://www.perplext.com/sms, we collect your name and the mobile phone number you provide, along with the date and time of your consent. We do not collect mobile information from any other source.

How we use it. We use your mobile number solely to send you automated operational and account notifications — order confirmations, inventory and stock-level alerts, shipment and manufacturing status updates, and account activity. These messages are transactional. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not send text messages on behalf of any third party.

No sharing, sale, or transfer. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never sold, shared, rented, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for any purpose, including marketing. SMS consent is never shared with third parties. Mobile information is not shared with subcontractors, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or email info@perplext.com.

Retention. We retain your mobile number and consent record only for as long as you remain opted in, plus the period required to demonstrate compliance. When you opt out, your number is removed from the sending list.
